Digitalización e Innovaciones en el AEC S.L.P. will process your data, in certain cases, under the legitimate interest provided for in Article 6.1(f) of the GDPR, insofar as it considers that such processing does not prejudice clients’ right to the protection of their personal data. The personal data provided will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected. Once this period has ended, we will keep your data properly stored and protected for the legally required limitation periods. If you provide us with Personal Data of third parties, you guarantee that you have informed them about the purposes and the way in which we need to process their personal data. 9. Changes to the privacy policy

We may modify the information contained in this Privacy Policy whenever we deem it appropriate, for example, in compliance with legislative or jurisprudential changes.
