By reason of your relationship with us, we may process different categories of personal data, always depending on the service or product contracted with us. This data may be collected by any of the means that Digitalización e Innovaciones en el AEC S.L.P. offers, both online and in person. The categories of data processed may be the following:
Corporate data of entities and contact data of their representatives or contacts.
Identifying characteristics of natural persons: name and surnames, DNI/identifying document, date of birth, place/city/country of birth, telephone, email, address, signature, electronic signature, voice, image, IP address, cookie ID, social network profile ID/links, mobile device ID.
Banking data: bank account number.
Digitalización e Innovaciones en el AEC S.L.P. informs you that it may process personal data for the purpose indicated below, to the extent that a legal basis exists for each processing as explained further on.
The GDPR and the LOPDGDD establish that information of a person (their "personal data") can only be processed if one of the legitimizing bases expressly provided for in said regulations concurs. More specifically, and in this regard, Article 6 of the GDPR establishes a closed list of legitimizing bases that may concur to justify and legitimize a processing of personal data:

Digitalización e Innovaciones en el AEC S.L.P. will carry out processing of your data, in some cases, under the protection of the legitimate interest provided for in Article 6.1.f) of the GDPR, insofar as it considers that they do not prejudice the right of customers to the protection of their personal data. Said precept authorizes carrying out those processings that are necessary for the satisfaction of legitimate interests pursued by the data controller or by a third party, provided that such interests do not prevail over the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject that require the protection of personal data, in particular when the data subject is a child.

The main purposes for which your personal data may be used and the legitimizing bases for each processing are the following:

Provision of services
Purpose: Provision of consulting, implementation, training and support services in BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology, including:
- The management of the relationship with the client from the first contact until the completion of the service.
- The preparation of budgets and technical proposals.
- The planning and execution of digitalization projects.
- The monitoring of projects in progress and after-sales support.
Legitimation: Pre-contractual and/or contractual execution.
Image Use
Purpose: Capture, management, reproduction and/or publication of audiovisual files (photographs, videos...) in which natural persons appear on web pages, social networks, physical publications or any other support. Legitimation: Your consent.
Sending quality surveys
Purpose: In order to evaluate the level of satisfaction of users with the products and/or services contracted, Digitalización e Innovaciones en el AEC S.L.P. will send quality surveys in order to obtain your opinion about them and thus be able to improve the provision of its services in a continuous manner. Legitimation: Legitimate interest of Digitalización e Innovaciones en el AEC S.L.P.
Commercial communications (not expressly requested)
Purpose: In order to be able to offer the user products and services that may be of interest, offers on products and services related to those already contracted or that have been contracted in the past with Digitalización e Innovaciones en el AEC S.L.P. will be sent to you. Commercial communications
Purpose: Sending commercial communications about offers not related to the services and/or products contracted. You may oppose receiving these communications in each communication you receive. Legitimation: Your consent.
Inquiries, requests, or suggestions
Legitimation: In the case of sending us an inquiry, request, or suggestion without being registered in Digitalización e Innovaciones en el AEC S.L.P., we will use the data provided to give a response to the inquiry based on your consent and our legitimate interest. When a registered user makes an inquiry, request, or suggestion, we use their data to give a response based on the execution of the contract. In case of submitting a request for the exercise of rights explained in point 6. RIGHTS YOU MAY EXERCISE, we will use your data based on a legal obligation.
Submission of curriculum vitae
Purpose: To include it in the personnel selection processes currently open or for future processes in which the candidate may fit, and they cannot be used for other purposes. Legitimation: Execution of pre-contractual measures.
By providing your data through any of the means provided, you guarantee the veracity of the data provided and you commit to communicating any change that occurs in them. Remember that, when we ask you to fill in your personal data to give you access to some functionality or service, we will mark some fields as mandatory, since they are data that we need to be able to provide the service in question. Please take into account that if you decide not to provide us with those data, it is possible that you may not be able to enjoy those services or functionalities or send us your request.
The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they are collected. Once this period has ended, we will keep your data duly stored and protected during the legal prescription periods required. Once the possible actions of each case prescribe, we will proceed to the deletion of the personal data.
To fulfill the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, it is necessary that we give access to your personal data to entities that provide us with support in the services we offer you, namely:

Apart from those indicated, Digitalización e Innovaciones en el AEC S.L.P. will not transfer personal data to third parties, except where legally required. Digitalización e Innovaciones in the AEC S.L.P. must respond to the request within one month from receipt of the request. This period may be extended by an additional two months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.
You have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time by sending an email to abim@alianzabim.com . The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent.
If you consider that your right to the protection of your personal data has been violated, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es .
There may be occasions when you provide data of third parties, for example, contact persons. If you provide Personal Data of third parties, you guarantee that you have informed them about the purposes and the manner in which we need to process their personal data.
