The personal data provided will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected. Once this period has ended, we will keep your data properly stored and protected for the legally required limitation periods. Once the possible actions applicable to each case have expired, we will proceed to delete the personal data.
To fulfill the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, it is necessary for us to grant access to your personal data to entities that support us in the services we provide to you, namely:

Digitalización e Innovaciones en el AEC S.L.P. must respond to your request within one month from the date of receipt. This period may be extended by an additional two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. You have the right to withdraw the consent you have given at any time by sending an email to abim@alianzabim.com. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to such withdrawal. If you believe that your right to the protection of your personal data has been violated, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). una reclamación delante de la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es.
There may be occasions in which you provide data belonging to third parties, for example, contact persons. If you provide us with Personal Data of third parties, you guarantee that you have informed them about the purposes and the way in which we need to process their personal data. If a third party has provided us with your data, we will process it in accordance with the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
We may modify the information contained in this Privacy Policy whenever we deem it appropriate, for example, in compliance with legislative or jurisprudential changes.
